Feature illustrations

Simplified drawings of your interface, and spot illustrations, that explain one feature at a time.

Simplified UI drawings

A simplified UI drawing keeps the layout of a real screen but replaces text with lines and blocks, except for the part you want people to notice. It ages better than a screenshot, because small interface changes don't make it outdated, and it reads at small sizes on a pricing or features page.

We draw from your real screens, keep the proportions and colors, and highlight the feature with the copy and controls that matter. The drawing should still be recognizable to someone who uses the product.

Spot illustrations

Some ideas are hard to show as a screen: security, integrations, speed or collaboration. Spot illustrations use simple shapes and icons to stand for those ideas. We design a small style system first, with line weight, colors and corner shapes, so every new illustration fits with the last one.

Where they're used

  • Feature sections on the website and landing pages
  • Help center and documentation articles
  • Onboarding screens and empty states inside the product
  • Sales decks and one-page product sheets

Files you get

Vector files (SVG) for the web, PNG exports at the sizes you need, and the source files. For use inside the product, we prepare light and dark versions if your app has both themes.

Questions

Can you make an icon set too?

Yes. Icons follow the same style rules as the illustrations, so they look like one family.

Do you animate illustrations?

We can prepare files that are ready for animation, with layers separated. The animation itself is a separate quote.
