Process

How a graphics project works

Brief, screens, a first set, then every size and the source files. You approve each stage.

1. Brief and quote

You send what you're shipping, where the graphics go and your brand files. We ask about anything missing, such as the launch date or the sizes, and send a written quote with the deliverables, revision rounds and a delivery date.

2. Clean screens

We capture the screens we need from your product or staging build, using sample data instead of real customer information. If we can't access the product, we work from your screen recordings or design files.

3. First set

We design the main graphic and one or two adaptations, so you can judge the direction before we make every size. You mark up changes in each revision round.

4. Every size and the source files

Once the direction is approved we build the full set, export every size and format, and hand over source files and any templates we agreed on.

Access and confidentiality

Unreleased features stay private. We use the access you give us only for your project, and we're happy to sign your NDA before you share anything. See the privacy policy for how your details are handled.
